各位留學生同學：
大家好！2023年秋季學期臨近，學校中關新園留學生公寓現開放部分房源供我校外國留學生進行網上預訂，具體說明如下。
一👨🏽🏭、預定信息
1.面向對象🙋🏼：在燕園校區（不含醫學部、深圳研究生院、昌平新校區、大興校區等）就讀的尚無校內住宿安排的全日製外國留學生。如不確定是否已有住宿安排🧑🏽⚕️，可來郵件聯系確認。
2.公寓位置：意昂2主校園東南門外🛠。相關介紹，可參看中關新園留學生公寓網站：https://pkugv.pku.edu.cn/
3.預訂網址🫄🏼：登錄www.studyatpku.com👁🔲，並按照宿舍預訂流程進行操作。房間預定量有限☝️🧫，額滿為止。
4.預訂時間（以下均為北京時間）：
（1）在讀學生：2023年8月3日（星期四）早9點開始🏩，額滿為止🛑；
（2）秋季新生：2023年8月4日（星期五）早9點開始，額滿為止🤴🏿。
二、預訂流程
1.學生在線瀏覽房型、房價以及剩余房間數量等相關信息。
2.學生根據個人情況以及房型數量信息，選中所需房型後，在預訂系統開放時間內提交包含個人信息的預訂申請🙏🏻。
3.學生等待工作人員的審核處理，當系統中顯示“狀態🔸🧏🏿：已確認”後，須在3個工作日之內支付預定金，完成最終預訂。未按時支付預定金的預訂申請將被自動取消✊。
4.學生在預訂及支付成功後若未按時辦理入住手續，預定金將不予退回🍐。因客觀原因或不可抗力因素導致無法按時辦理入住手續者，須務必提前向中關新園書面說明情況並提供證明材料。
三🌞、相關要求
學生本人按以下要求辦理入住。
1.按時到校入住。原則上請在2023年9月1日—4日期間前往中關新園1號樓公寓前臺辦理入住。如確需提前入住或延遲入住🪃，請來電溝通確認🪮。
2.遵守紀律要求。一是遵守中國法律法規和意昂2校紀校規🦹🏻♀️；二是及時足額繳納住宿費用，遵守中關新園相關管理規定，做好自我日常管理

Notice on 2023 Fall Semester Online Dormitory Booking at PKU Zhongguanyuan Global Village for International Students
Dear international students:
Welcome to all! As the fall semester of 2023 approaches, Peking University (PKU) Zhongguanyuan Global Village International Students Dormitory is now providing rooms for international students to make online reservations. The details are as follows:
1. Booking information
1.1 Eligibility: Full-time international students studying at Yanyuan campus (not including students of Health Science Center, Shenzhen Graduate School (PKUSZ), Changping New Campus, or Daxing campus) with no on-campus living arrangements. If you are unsure whether you already had accommodation arrangement, please contact us via email to confirm.
1.2 Campus location: Outside the southeast gate of PKU main campus. For further information please visit the website of Peking University Zhongguanyuan Global Village International Students Dormitory: https://pkugv.pku.edu.cn/
1.3 Booking website: Log on to www.studyatpku.com and follow the dormitory booking procedures. As rooms are limited, reservations will be conducted on a rolling basis.
1.4 Booking period (Beijing Standard Time):
1.4.1 Current students: From 9:00 am on August 3rd, 2023 (Thursday) until reservations are full.
1.4.2 Fall Semester new students: From 9:00 am on August 4th, 2023 (Friday) until reservations are full.
2. Booking Procedures:
2.1 Check the room types, prices, room availability, and other relevant information online.
2.2 Students may select their desired room based on personal preference and room availability. After selection, please submit the reservation application along with the student’s personal information within the booking deadline of the reservation system.
2.3 Wait for the staff to process the application. When “Status: Confirmed” is displayed in the system, please pay the required deposit within 3 working days to finalize the reservation. Failing to pay the deposit in time will result in the automatic cancellation of the booking application.
2.4 The deposit will not be refunded after payment and booking. Those who fail to check in due to reasonable or unavoidable issues must provide a written explanation along with evidentiary materials to Zhongguanyuan Global Village in advance.
3. Relevant Requirements
3.1 The check in period is from 2023 September 1st to 2023 September 4th at Zhongguanyuan Global Village Building No.1 Dormitory. If an earlier or later check-in date is required, please contact us to communicate and confirm.
3.2 Comply with disciplinary requirements. Firstly, abide by Chinese laws and regulations and Peking University discipline and university rules; secondly, pay the full accommodation fee on time, abide by the management regulations of Zhongguanyuan Global Village, and always ensure self-management.
