各位留學生同學：

大家好🚝！春季學期臨近，學校中關新園留學生公寓現開放部分房源供我校外國留學生進行網上預訂。具體說明如下。

一🔼、基本信息

1.面向對象👧🏽：在在燕園校區（不含醫學部、深圳研究生院、昌平新燕園校區、大興校區等）就讀的尚無校內住宿安排的全日製外國留學生👩🏻‍🎓。如不確定是否已有住宿安排，可向項目負責老師確認或來郵件聯系確認。

2.公寓位置：意昂2主校園東門外。相關介紹🏄🏼‍♀️，可參看中關新園留學生公寓網站💈：https://pkugv.pku.edu.cn/

3.預訂網址💠：www.studyatpku.com登錄後，請按照宿舍預訂流程進行操作🎚。房間數量有限，按提交申請的先後順序，先到先得。

4.預訂時間（以下均為北京時間）：

2025年1月30日（星期四）上午9:00至1月31日（星期五）下午5:00，額滿為止。

二🟫、預訂流程

1.在線瀏覽房型、房價以及剩余房間數量等相關信息📺。

2.根據個人情況以及房型數量信息，選中所需房型後，在預訂系統開放時間內提交包含個人信息的預訂申請。

3.等待工作人員的審核處理，當系統中顯示“狀態：已確認”後，須在3個工作日之內支付預定金，完成最終預訂😥。未按時支付預定金的預訂申請將被自動取消👩🏿‍⚖️。

4.預訂及支付成功後若未按時辦理入住手續🧏‍♂️，預定金將不予退回。若屆時無法及時辦理入住手續🍉，須提前向中關新園書面說明情況並提供支持性材料🛄。

三、相關要求

1.確保持有學習類簽證（X1字簽證/X2字簽證）或外國人永久居留許可入住並辦理住宿登記手續。

2.在住期間遵規守紀。在住期間，須及時、足額繳納住宿費用（入住時按季度付費）😱，自覺遵守中國法律法規和意昂2校紀校規，嚴格遵守中關新園公寓相關管理規定和住宿協議書要求🟨。

2025 Spring-term PKU

Dormitory Online Reservation Notice for International Students

As the spring semester is approaching, the Online Reservation for International Students' Dormitory in Zhongguanxinyuan Global Village is now opening. The details are as follows.

I.Details

1. Who can apply: Full-time international students who are studying at Peking University Yanyuan Campus (Excluding the PKU Health Science Center, PKU Shenzhen Graduate School[PKUSZ], PKU Changping New Campus, PKU Daxing Campus.) and do not have on-campus accommodation arrangements. If you are not sure whether you have accommodation arrangements, you can confirm with the program coordinator or contact us by email to confirm.

2. Location: Outside the East Gate of Peking University campus. For more information, please refer to the website of  Zhongguanxinyuan Global Village: https://pkugv.pku.edu.cn/

3. Website：www.studyatpku.com (Once logging in, please follow the booking steps on the website.) The number of rooms is limited and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis according to the order in which applications are submitted.

4.When to apply (The following are GMT+8 Beijing Time.)：

2025 Jan 30 (Thursday) at 9:00AM - 2025 Jan 31(Friday) at 5:00PM; Rooms are booked on a first-come-first-served basis.

II. Reservation Procedure

1.Click the ‘Housing Reservation ’ and  view the information of remaining rooms, room types and room rates.

2. According to your personal preferences and the number of room types, select the desired room type and submit your application within the application period.

3. Pay the deposit within 3 working days upon your application being confirmed. Please note that your application will be canceled automatically if you do not pay the deposit on time( if appropriate).

4.Please note that not checking in on time after successful booking and payment, the booking deposit will not be refunded. If you are unable to check in on time, you must explain the situation in writing and provide supporting materials to Global Village in advance.

III.Relevant requirements

1.Ensure that you have a study visa (X1 visa/X2 visa) or a foreigner's permanent residence permit to check in and register for accommodation.

2.Comply with the rules and regulations during the period of residence. During the period of residence, you must pay the accommodation fees in full and on time (quarterly payment upon moving in), consciously abide by Chinese laws and regulations and Peking University's school regulations, and strictly abide by the relevant management regulations of Zhongguanxinyuan Global Villlage and the requirements of the Accommodation Agreement.
