Notice on Adjustment of Office Hours during 2025 Winter Vacation and the Spring Festival

According to the university’s holiday arrangement, the winter vacation schedule will be implemented from January 13th to February 11th, 2025, and all the staff will take turns to stay on leave. During the eight-day Spring Festival Holiday (from January 28th to February 4th), there will be no service provided.

1. During the winter vacation, the office hours of the International Students Division are as follows:

Monday to Friday, 9:00-12:00 am, 13:00-17:00 pm

2. The office hours of the visa agent company are:
